Well, since "cost avoidance" is at the root of this problem, it seemed to me that the BEST solution would be to simply ELIMINATE THAT COST!

By removing this cost component (I reasoned), the "decision" to hire a lawyer would be transformed into no decision at all - the proverbial NO BRAINER!

But how would one do this? How does one eliminate the cost?

Initially I thought - "What if I could get the broker to donate part of the brokerage commission to pay for the legal fees?" This would eliminate the legal cost entirely. The problem was (of course) that I could not find any brokers who were ever willing to "donate" part of their commission to pay the legal fee. No surprise there!

And then it hit me - "What if I became a broker?" Then I could agree to donate part of my own commission to pay the legal fees charged.

So that is why I started CBP . . .

. . . to provide something that no one else could . . .

. . . MORE value and service for LESS money!
